Our client, a fast-growing and exciting consumer facing brand, is looking to source a confident and credible Payroll Manager to join its close-knit and fast-paced team to process two weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and in-line with current legislation.
As part of our small team flexibility and tenacity together with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills are essential. You will work closely with colleagues within the Finance and HR teams as well as with our senior management team so the ability to build & maintain relationships at all levels is key.
In addition to taking ownership of the payroll processes you will ensure our processes are efficient, streamlined, automated and simple but ultimately that they meet the needs of our colleagues ensuring confidence in their pay
Key duties include:
- Calculating salary payments and adjustments
- Inputting data onto payroll systems
- Generating reports and spreadsheets as required
- Producing monthly compliance details for Area Managers
- Producing monthly reports for Finance and HR
- Assisting on project work
- Ad hoc duties when necessary
The right candidate will have strong and relevant experience completing payroll administration, manual or electronic. You will ideally have experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and be a positive and enthusiastic team member.
You must be able to demonstrate a level of adaptability and skill in prioritising a busy workload, ensuring all deadlines are met and a certain standard of work is upheld. You will have exceptional attention to detail and have high personal standards, with a tendency to strive for excellence in your work.
