Technical salesman for Dustcontrol

The service / Your tasks

You must seek out, process and come to an agreement with new customers and maintain and develop existing customers. You are good at finding potential customer companies on your own and then specific key people, do background checks, prepare pitch / presentation material.

Since each project is unique in its own way and the products can be used in many different ways, you need to be comfortable with creating your own material for meetings and have the ability to make the complex project attractive and simple for the customer.

You will drive sales in the sales district towards jointly set goals and budgets that are done in consultation with the immediate manager. You are responsible for the contract for your customers. We always strive for good relationships with our customers and it is important that we are top-of-mind with them when their next needs arise. We are looking for a technical salesperson who is easy to pick up the phone for a “social call” and who naturally keeps his network warm.

The tasks are very varied and consist mainly of tender work with calculation and a clear description of the offer, customer visits, meeting booking, follow-up of outstanding tenders, sales calls by phone to keep in good contact with prospects and active customers and participation in fairs about 5-10 times. / year in different places in Sweden.

Experience and Competence

  • You are independent with strong social skills that you actively use to build relationships and networks
  • Business-like, driven and independent with good administrative skills.
  • Used to working independently as well as in a group.
  • You have technical experience and understanding, preferably from any part of the industry and have any industry knowledge.
  • Experience of project sales is an advantage
  • Documented good sales performance
  • You have the ability to familiarize yourself with laws and regulations that affect the customer’s demand for solutions
  • You are good at presenting business proposals to customers, based on your own interpretations of the customer’s needs and the resulting drawings and realistic project budgets
  • You are used to contract management – to produce, change and explain the content of contracts and terms
  • You have good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, which lays the foundation for efficient work
  • You have a mind for business development and are not afraid to develop new materials, solutions or ways of working that drive sales forward

Education

Upper secondary education is a requirement. Relevant university studies a plus. Experience is the most important thing.

Language skills

Very good knowledge of both speech and writing, both English and Swedish

Fixed market monthly salary and commission
