The DDG is one of the largest medical-scientific specialist societies in Germany. Our tasks are the research, therapy and prevention of one of the greatest common diseases of our time: diabetes mellitus. We offer service and advice for doctors as well as for non-medical specialists and actors from politics and society.

To support our team, we are looking for a full-time member and committee support officer (m / f / d) as soon as possible

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the database (CAS)
  • Administration, support and maintenance of member data
  • Admission of new members, processing of terminations
  • Accounting (collection of membership fees and dunning)
  • Supervision of the DDG bodies (working groups, commissions and committees)
  • Organization and support of the DDG strategy day as well as committee meetings
  • Organizational and content-related support for selected bodies
  • Implementation of tasks and projects from the board for the committees
  • Contact point for the regional companies
  • Preparation and supervision of the annual general meeting
  • Interface to other areas such as marketing, congress and press work

Your skills

  • Professional experience in the area of ​​office management, member support, in-depth knowledge and experience in dealing with databases (CAS)
  • Very good IT skills
  • Very good spoken and written language and communication skills, positive charisma and service orientation
  • Routine handling of MS Office, CAS as well as knowledge of using TYPO3
  • Independent, goal and solution-oriented way of working
  • Dedicated personality with a talent for organization
  • Diplomatic skills and quick comprehension
  • Teamwork and high commitment
  • A completed university or technical college degree is desirable
