Your duties

In your role as a salesperson, you have overall responsibility for the product – service. Here you are involved in developing the service business area, processing new customers at the same time as you are involved in developing existing customers. You work independently to plan and carry out visits to both existing and potential customers. Here you present the company, product and service offering. You are responsible for calculating and bidding service contracts against customer needs, monitoring the profitability of existing customers and proposing and implementing improvement measures. In order to meet the market’s needs, you work largely with developing tailor-made solutions adapted to customer needs. Your customers mostly consist of property owners, property managers, brf associations, shopping centers and larger property groups.

You will have the opportunity to start from home, as you will most of the time work out with the company’s customers. The work area will be southern Sweden, travel in the service will occur.

Your profile

You are businesslike in your way of thinking as well as acting. You are used to being able to handle long sales cycles, run your own projects and are used to different negotiation situations. You have a strong drive of your own and enjoy working independently under your own responsibility. You have an outgoing personality where you appreciate meetings with many different people and where you both nurture and create new relationships daily. Furthermore, we see that you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with your colleagues. As a person, you are service-oriented, accurate, structured, and easy to see what needs to be done. You thrive when it is full speed and have the ability to prioritize between parallel projects. Furthermore, you are a good communicator who has an easy time building good relationships both externally and internally. You already have a sales habit in the past

We are happy to see that you have:

  • Documented experience of sales, at least 3-4 years of experience as an outside salesman, in service is a plus.
  • At least upper secondary education supplemented by adequate post-secondary education
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Administratively efficient
  • Technical experience
  • Speaks and writes English fluently and very good knowledge of Swedish
  • B driving license
  • Responsible, reliable, punctual and credible
  • Results-oriented and initiative-taking to solve problems and come up with new ways of working.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills.
  • Be able to work on your own, manage your time and workload accordingly.
  • Develop good relationships with other employees and customers.
