Account Manager – Dynatos Financial Automation

In the role of Account Manager, you will be responsible for further development of our existing customer portfolio as well as prospecting for new opportunities and helping to expand our footprint in Norway and the Nordic region. 

At Dynatos, we work with market-leading technology partners such as Kofax, Coupa, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Minit and our own technology Routty. Our solutions help to automate end-to-end processes within S2P, P2P and O2C.

The right person is service-minded, positive, takes on tasks and is goal- and result-oriented. In this role, some domestic and international travel activities will be necessary. 


  • Identify and establish new opportunities for the Coupa, Kofax, Routty, RPA portfolio in the Nordic market
  • Be a strategic advisor to our clients
  • Sales work with budget responsibility
  • Meeting activities, contract negotiations, administration of customer portfolio
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in digitization of financial processes such as S2P, P2P, O2C
  • Collaboration across departments in Dynatos 
  • Contribute to strengthening the brand in the Nordic region

Properties we are looking for:

  • Good business understanding and ability to understand the customer’s needs
  • The right candidate has a structured approach to customers and sales work, is commercially oriented, and has good negotiation skills

Desired qualifications: 

  • Solid experience in sales of complex IT services (minimum 3-5 years experience)
  • Desirable with experience from the Fintech industry
  • Good experience in closing agreements, managing sales pipelines and meeting sales and revenue quotas
  • Strong negotiation skills and used to handling complex contracts
  • Higher education at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in IT, economics or other relevant combinations
  • Experience with ERP (SAP, IFS, Agresso, Dynamics365, M3, Oracle)
  • Desirable with experience from workflow systems 
  • Desirable with experience from using CRM solutions (Salesforce) 
  • Desirable with experience from purchasing processes, invoice and order handling
  • You can show good sales results, have a professional appearance, be energetic and reliable with solid ethics and morals.

Workplace is at the head office at Hasle in Oslo with opportunities for home office. The job will include some travel activity.
