    – Minimum experience of 2-3 years in management control, audit or finance department.

    – Knowledge of Excel. Valuable SAP and Power BI.
    – Be a person with great capacity for analysis, teamwork, flexibility and adaptation to change, proactivity, good communication skills and a high degree of organization and planning.

Description

In CUATRECASAS we are looking for a JUNIOR CONTROLLER who will be part of the Management Control team within the Administration and Finance Department. This team is responsible for elaborating, managing and analyzing sales information, group expenses and different KPIs to report to groups and propose new strategies. He exercises a very important function within the organization, creating, presenting and supporting the different groups of the firm.

Roles and responsibilities:

1) Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual economic and management reports. Report the information directly to the senior controllers, the director of management control and the main partners in the area.

2) Collaborate with the different junior controllers in the preparation of consolidated reports of the Madrid office.

3) Provide support in the preparation of the sales and expenses budget of the different business units.

4) Identify and measure the KPIs related to the development of the client, the capacity to generate business, profitability and margins, in order to understand the impact on the benefit of the firm and the contribution of each professional. Analyze the development of the current and future business.

4) Participate in local projects and innovation processes, cooperating with other departments of the firm, such as IT or marketing.
