As station manager on the Green Line, your mission is to coach, develop and lead your employees who work as station hosts. You ensure that the service at your stations is personal, safe and efficient. As a leader, you have a big impact on the performance of your stations and it is crucial that you are involved in driving forward so that together we can create the world’s best metro. You work operationally and with a coaching and results-oriented approach. This means that you will conduct development discussions, continuous workplace meetings and be responsible for ensuring that your team receives stimulation and development. Your main tasks

are: – Coach, lead and follow up your employees in the business – Together with your colleagues take overall responsibility for the line – Through a high presence in the operational operation ensure functional, safe and secure stations and high level of service – Ensure that cases and deviations are handled in a safe, efficient and professional manner towards customers, partners and clients both internally and externally – Ensure a good working environment and if necessary rehabilitation and other personnel-related processes – Recruitment of new employees – Collaborate with the relevant departments for the continuous development of operations, routines and processes – Management of mobile service teams in case of, for example, traffic disruptions and on-call service Service is a full-time permanent position with access as soon as possible. You mainly work during the day, weekdays but have employees who work every day of the week and at all times of the day, which means that both weekend work and varying working hours occur. As a rule, you plan your working hours yourself based on the needs of the business, but scheduled times are included during on-call service. You report to the station area manager. As a person, you are service-oriented, have an eye for detail and a great customer focus. You have easy to prioritize, are fearless and can make decisions under pressure situations. you have: – At least a high school diploma – At least two years of experience from service professions – Very good knowledge of Swedish, and good knowledge of English, in speech and writing
