Social and health assistants and social and health assistants to ”release home care” in Guldbergs Have in Nørrebro

Do you want to help try out new interdisciplinary ways of working?
We are looking for social and health assistant colleagues and social and health assistants for day or evening shifts for a new, interdisciplinary and self-governing team in Guldbergs Have in Nørrebro, which belongs to the Home Care Bispebjerg Nørrebro (BIN).

The new interdisciplinary, autonomous team will test and implement new initiatives, workflows and new ways of involving citizens.

The team must find new opportunities for communities and activities, to explore what provides increased proximity and flexibility in everyday life.

At the same time, the team will work with prevention and home care in the elderly housing area and pedagogical support in safety housing.

This important work in improving and developing care for the elderly includes close cooperation with local actors, e.g. the social caretaker in Guldbergs Have, activity centre, nursing homes, schools and private suppliers.

Who are we?

  • We will be approx. 20 social and health professionals, two therapists, three educators, a nurse and a daily group leader in the team.
  • We focus on the experience of continuity, on technology and digital solutions, including screen visits to selected citizens.
  • We value competence development and learning, and have established an apartment with welfare technology aids for employee training. We are proud that we get good evaluations from our students and students.
  • We value time with citizens more than meetings and administrative tasks.
  • We assess the needs, resources and wishes of citizens and involve them in the development and testing of new initiatives. We are working with citizens to plan the efforts.
  • We have a binding and interdisciplinary collaboration, where we share the idea of planning, prioritising, coordinating, developing, performing and evaluating tasks.
  • We work with reflection to give each other sparring, supervision and new perspectives on practice.

We therefore need you who can

  • put the citizen at the centre and have a holistic approach to care.
  • are curious about new knowledge and manage to share it with colleagues.
  • interested in how digital solutions can be involved.
  • manages to put your own professionalism into play to improve quality and ensure the development of care for the elderly.
  • good energy and high job satisfaction through close contact with citizens.

 We offer you:

Practical information

Guldbergs Have is an old-age housing area in Nørrebro with 24 future security homes and about 250 senior homes.

Guldbergs Have is located on the corner of The Old Town, where there is access to a green area and nursing home. Close to an attractive city life and public transport.

The positions are 32-37 hours a week on day shift with weekend shift every 3 weekends or in evening shift 29.5 hours with 5/2 shifts and weekend shift every 2 weekends. There is the possibility of flexible working hours, which means that you have a say in the distribution and location of working time.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable agreement and in accordance with the principles of New Salary.
