An opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Consultant to join an award-winning global business that’s experienced growth throughout the pandemic and steadily continues to grow.

L&D is seen as pivotal in the business and this internal team continues to grow and win awards for its in-house training. There is a strong emphasis throughout the business of people development, from senior level down throughout the company and you will have a clear career path to follow within the L&D team if you would like to progress and develop yourself.

Being a Learning and Development Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Designing and facilitating performance led training interventions to increase performance of individuals in an already high achieving organisation.
Facilitating the onboarding and induction of new starters to transition them into the company and culture and help them understand and deliver on KPI’s.
Coaching and 121 performance management to continuously improve employee’s performance.
Designing and leading on leadership development initiatives to help promote employees throughout the business via clear career paths.
Delivering sales and compliance training to enhance employee’s success rates in this competitive industry.
Designing and delivering short, focussed, and fun learner-centric workshops and eLearning programmes.

We are looking for a Learning and Development Consultant who has the following skills and experiences:

Previous experience in learning and development, either as an L&D Consultant or as a L&D Specialist or L&D Executive or within a Talent Development function.
A true passion for seeing others develop and helping them hit their revenue targets.
The ability to work with various stakeholders and individuals within the business.
The ability to undertake training needs analysis and design blended learning solutions.
