As Head of Operations at Webhelp Nordic, you work in a role where you are responsible for maintaining a high quality and developing both individual leaders and the project as a whole.
In this position, you will coach and lead Managers on multiple sites.
You should be highly adaptable to change and possess the knowledge to be able to identify what actions are required both in the short and long term.
You need to be able to adapt your work to the agreements of the assignment and the goals that are set.

Analyzing and evaluating results to achieve improvements are very important elements of the role.

Lead the OPS team in the creation, communication and implementation of the operational strategy.
Ensure that resource and budget forecasts are met.
Support operational teams through process design and implementation
Set agreed goals and KPIs.
Responsible for our customer relationships and business development between key business partners both inside and outside the company.
Have an ongoing dialogue with the customer.
Participate in säljrelaterade activities.
Conduct salary audits and assignment-specific bonus models.
Ensure a good working environment, both physical and social work environment.
Responsible for carrying out the assignment in accordance with labour legislation and for complying with collective agreements in all countries.
Responsible for ensuring that the company’s and the assignment’s goals, results, values, guidelines, policies work and reach all parts of the chain.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of previous leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Fluent in Swedish, both speech and writing.
Excellent knowledge of English, both speech and writing.
Merit on previously similar role in the call center industry.
Merit with relevant university education.
START:
As agreed as soon as possible.
