Nurse – specialist nurse Re health center dementia care, 80 – 100%

Re health center is located in the heart of Revetal center, in a rural setting, only a short drive from Tønsberg center, Horten, Holmestrand.

Re health center was completed in 2014 and has modern facilities such as large patient rooms with private bathrooms, savings rooms, laundry, fitness room for patients, cultural coordinator, volunteer contacts, canteen and heated parking garage for employees. We have our own kitchen that cooks for the departments and for the café for visitors.

Re helsehus is an open house with great activity by voluntary teams and organizations and is seen as a natural gathering point at Revetal. We have a high level of expertise in dementia care and somatics and work actively with the patient safety program. We focus on subjects, holistic patient processes and self-mastery. We believe in full-time culture and that this will provide good quality services.

We are looking for you who are a nurse / specialist nurse who is forward-thinking and wants to be involved in further developing a good professional environment and good services in an exciting field.

We focus on living the whole life and giving life to the days.

We have a vacant nurse position in the department for Dementia Care in shifts day / evening and every 3rd weekend. The department starts with an annual rotation in March 2022, which means that you can influence your own work and leisure time. The ward has 27 long-term places for patients with dementia, divided into 3 posts where 2 are for patients with screening needs.

Authorization as a nurse, possibly relevant further education
Digital skills
Good communication skills
Language requirements for healthcare professionals; skilled / unskilled equivalent to B2
Ability to make own decisions based on professional basis
Personal characteristics

Interest in the patient group
Flexibility, creative thinking and independence.
Good collaboration skills
Exercise a good staff
Individual suitability is emphasized
