Our sales manager in the business area Courses and consulting services has been given new career opportunities internally, and we are now looking for her successor. Kiwa is in strong development and has an exciting growth phase ahead of it. With the team, we want a positive, trustworthy and committed sales manager, who gets a key role in driving the sales work in the business area in close collaboration with a good bunch of managers and key people who want to succeed with you.

Kiwa is a competence company with long traditions in courses and training. Common to our courses is that they form the basis for recognized personal certifications and approvals – or enable the course participants to work towards certification of systems and products in their own company. The range of courses is continuously developed in line with changes in the market and the emergence of new industries and focus areas for companies.

Work areas

Customer and sales responsibility from A to Z.
Outreach sales
Extensive customer contact and sales work
Further develop good relationships and cooperation internally and externally
Sales budget and reporting responsibilities

Qualifications and experience

You have experience with sales and the ability to create commitment and joy around achieving specific goals
The ability to work structured and independently
Good business understanding
Preferably previous management experience
Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English
Good digital understanding and interest. Experience with CRM.
Experience with inspection and the subject NDT is an advantage, but not a requirement / Experience in one of the fields gas, welding technology, NDT, sustainability, quality or HSE is an advantage
New sales experience; you are triggered and driven by establishing new exciting contacts and thereby creating solid results
Experience in closing agreements, managing sales pipelines

Skilled team and relationship builder
Commercially designed, with a high market and customer focus
Good communication and writing skills
Innovative and opportunity-oriented
High degree of implementation ability

The position reports to the Director of the Business Area Courses and Consulting Services. There will be extensive collaboration with other sales and marketing resources in Kiwa Norway. Some travelling must be expected.
