District Grorud is looking for a committed and responsible ward nurse with experience from personnel management, knowledge of home care, and who has a good understanding of finances.
We are looking for you who have development and collaboration in focus, who are passionate about the service and competence, and who are able to balance the budget. It is important that you are a responsive leader who is present for the employees, works well with colleagues and who can see room for improvement both within your own department, but also across departments in the service.
The home care service in the Grorud district is geographically divided into three wards for home nursing, a ward for practical assistance and a rehabilitation ward consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, reception teams and everyday rehabilitation.
The advertised position will be responsible for one of the home nursing districts, in close dialogue and collaboration with the section leader and the rest of the management team in the service.
One of the district’s objectives is that the district’s inhabitants should live active and meaningful lives and that they should master living in their own home for as long as possible. To meet this goal, the service focuses on everyday mastery, user participation and “what is important to you” in the follow-up of users in the district.
The service also uses welfare technology in the form of medicine dispensers and looks at the opportunity to look at further development of the offer.
