Job description.

Area of ​​responsibility.

As a customs & VAT administrator, you primarily work with administering VAT matters in systems for transferring information for further processing. In the long run, you will work on submitting import and export declarations on behalf of the customer and review and register invoices in the internal system. Training will take place on site and will be built afterwards to increase competence and develop the tasks. 

Working hours.

Scope: Fixed-term employment, full-time but good opportunities for extension. 
Working hours: Monday – Friday, either daytime 05: 50-14: 20 or evening time between 15: 15-23: 45
Start: 27 December

Qualifications.

To succeed in the role of VAT administrator, we are happy to see that you have: 

  •  Complete high school education.
  •  Express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. 
  •  Have a very good computer habit as the role requires that you work towards a certain goal / speed in your affairs. 
  •  We are happy to see that you have access to a car. 

It is important that you can work independently but also in teams to achieve the common goals and deliver high quality to the customers. As a person, we see that you are driven, structured and meticulous in your way of working and welcome problem solving.
