A good Debt Collector must first be a good communicator. He must know how to stay in control and manage delicate situations and difficult interlocutors. Thanks to an in-depth knowledge of the legal environment of debt collection (individuals and companies), he must know how to orient the situation towards the best solution. He understands the need to maintain a good image with debtors but knows how to remain firm in his arguments. He is of course fully proficient in the techniques of telephone interviews and written reminders. It is therefore able to process a high volume efficiently.
