Domea.dk’s finance department The finance

department consists of 40 employees who prepare accounts, budgets and consumption accounts for 100 housing companies and their 600 housing departments in Denmark. In total, the finance department thus produces approx. 700 accounts and budgets as well as 1,100 consumption accounts per year. 

About the job

Your most important tasks are related to:

  • Preparation and preparation of material for annual accounts, including reconciliations, antenna accounts etc.
  • Preparation of draft budget
  • Ensuring quarterly budget follow-up
  • Notification of rent changes
  • Various ad hoc bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
  • Optimization of procedures and tasks.

Your profile

You have an office education specializing in economics, preferably supplemented with further specialization in accounting / economics or you are a newly graduated bachelor or perhaps graduate with a desire to get to know a finance department well. You have a broad accounting understanding, and you have the drive and desire to help develop yourself and the finance department. We would like you to have experience from a finance function, but that is not a must.

In addition, we emphasize that you:

  • Have a great drive to create results and make a difference 
  • Is analytical and has a flair for numbers
  • Is good at planning, structuring and executing tasks
  • Is a distinct finisher who focuses on follow-up and completion
  • Can work with tight and many deadlines without losing track
  • Has an accounting overview and is careful with a focus on both detail and wholeness
  • Is ready for change and open to learning new things.
