What we expect:

  • Comprehensive supervision of the recruiting process up to the signing of the contract (search strategy, creation of job advertisements, selection of sourcing channels, applicant selection, implementation of the selection process including applicant interviews, contract negotiations)
  • Close and partnership-based cooperation with HR business partners and departments
  • Strategic (further) development of personnel recruitment, identification of innovative sourcing channels and recruiting trends
  • Expansion of active sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, etc.
  • Maintain networks with potential candidates
  • Participation in overarching HR projects in a motivated and competent team

What you bring:

  • Completed degree (business administration, psychology, social sciences, etc.)
  • First professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing
  • Experienced handling of eRecruiting systems and social media platforms
  • Ideally, first experience with tools such as the LinkedIn Recruiter and the Xing TalentManager
  • Enjoying active communication and cultivating relationships
  • Responsible and independent way of working as well as a high level of initiative
  • Team spirit
  • Safe to use common MS Office programs
