In the role of 1st line support employee, you will help customers and suppliers with invoice questions. The role includes the following tasks:
- Handle support cases received both by telephone and case management system from customers and suppliers within the Nordic region
- Forward matters that are not / can not be resolved in the Service Desk to the relevant department
- Contribute with ideas for continuous improvement work
The scope is about 1-1.5 days a week with some flexibility regarding the number of hours per day. During weekdays and a few weeks during the summer period, you are expected to be able to work full time. You will work out at our customer’s location in Solna at their head office with bright and fresh workspaces in an open activity-based office landscape.
To succeed in this, you must have the following experience:
- Experience of working in customer service and / or support
- Knowledge of invoice issues
- Good ability to communicate in both speech and writing, in both Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially in Word and Excel
Qualifying if you have knowledge / experience of;
- Accounting and bookkeeping and worked in some financial or business system
- Fluent in another Nordic language (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian)
