Strong hands-on sales-driven leader
In this role, you have full responsibility for all activities for Timik Group Denmark with reference to the group’s COO (Chief Operating Officer). The Danish part of the business currently consists of 6 employees, including this role, but it is planned to grow further in the coming years. You get a crucial role in raising the top line within all product groups and to relevant customers in Denmark. You are driven by sales and it is natural for you to be part of the team that ensures that the results are achieved. You also emerge as an inclusive leader with the will and ability to execute on the company’s strategy.
The job includes i.a. the following tasks:
- P&L responsibility for the Danish activities
- Grow the overall business and be part of the daily business with responsibility for own customers / segments
- Prepare a focused plan to grow the Danish business
- Be a leader and not “just” a boss – you have to show the way and take the lead
- Focus on developing your team and ensuring knowledge sharing and sparring
- Be an ambassador for Timik Group’s values and thereby ensure that customers receive the best service
Strong in sales and management
You want to be a part of the customers and be active in driving sales, but you must of course also lead a team of skilled employees who set high standards for themselves and each other. You use your personal competencies to lead the team and thereby achieve the strategic goals. The ambitions are high and you should thrive on the fact that this is part of Timik Group’s DNA. You use your analytical skills and data to achieve your and your teams’ results.
We prefer that you have a master’s degree and preferably experience from Medtech as well as a very solid knowledge of the Healthcare industry in general – preferably within the respiratory area. This combined with the fact that you have some years of experience in management and with running a team to achieve solid results.
