RISMA’s revolutionary SaaS solution is now taking place in a market with great growth potential – do you want to take part in a very exciting journey?

RISMA is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for a Stockholm-based Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be involved in the sales process, plan onboarding of new customers and ensure a successful implementation of the customers’ GRC support, where the customers are Swedish companies and authorities. In addition to this, you will also be an important part of the daily support and development of RISMA’s existing customer relationships.

You will be a key player in the Swedish sales team that is now under construction and you also have great support from colleagues in the Nordic Customer Success Team, which today consists of nine committed, ambitious and accommodating colleagues.

The role of Customer Success Manager is crucial for RISMA’s commercial success, where the main task is to promote long-term strategic relationships with customers and ensure that customers realize the full value of their investments.

RISMA is now expanding its operations throughout Scandinavia, so you will join the company, which is in a very exciting phase, characterized by many strategic initiatives and a strong focus on growth to take the business to the next level. Your responsibilities:

  • Know ownership of the customer experience in RISMA.
  • Attend sales meetings and demonstrate RISMA’s software to potential customers.
  • Manage customers’ onboarding projects.
  • Train customers to maximize their success with RISMA Systems software.
  • Identify up-and-coming sales opportunities.
  • Collect customer input and requirements and ensure that they are communicated through the internal channels for product development and improvement of RISMA solutions.
  • Implement on-site and in virtual meetings, trainings, workshops and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure that all deliveries to our customers are handled and completed.

Your qualifications:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a presale, consultant or equivalent role in a SW / SaaS company.
  • Great interest in SW and SaaS solutions and good ability to describe the benefits for customers
  • Reliable and passionate about building and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Business acumen and good understanding of different verticals.
  • Strategic thinking and a good understanding of decision-making processes.
  • Good and pedagogical teaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Structured approach and self-propelled.
  • If you have knowledge of GDPR, IT security, ISO standards and organizational compliance in general, it is an advantage.
  • Experience in CRM software.
  • Experienced users of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent speech and writing skills in both the Swedish and English languages.
  • Academic candidate or master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
